SUPPORTING VULNERABLE CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS

Centro Ojos de Cielo is a non-profit Civil Association founded in San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro, Argentina, in 2013 by Nancy Bustos. Nancy is a primary school teacher at the state school in km 19,5 of Avenida Bustillo (close to the famous Llao Llao hotel). Despite it being a beautiful tourist destination there is a harsh reality that is hidden in the area that runs from km 10 to km 25. In these neighbourhoods there are many children living in poverty. Nancy saw the need in the area and decided to do something.

The new home of Ojos de Cielo

Our new centre is a container that was transformed into a house for the kids of Ojos de Cielo. Last year we had the great joy of being able to open this new home at km 15, in the Don Orione neighbourhood and in January 2021 we moved to our own plot of land next to the Jockey Club in km 13.

We thank everyone who from several different countries helped us make this dream come true !! Below we share a video of the incredible transformation of the container!
